Dining Policy

Punctual Arrival
As our Omakase experience begins promptly at your seating time, we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes ahead of their reservation time, no later than 10 minutes ahead. Our menu is served synchronously so we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full course with a late arrival.
No Perfume or strong scents
Strong fragrances can overpower the subtle flavours of the course, affecting your experience as well as the experience of other guests.
Limit phone use
We ask that guests be mindful of others and ask that that guests do not take phone calls while dining.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK
While we kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought into the restaurant, Sushi MAHANA offers a carefully curated premium sake selection designed to complement our omakase experience.
ALLERGIES MUST BE NOTED PRIOR TO RESERVATION
Any allergies/dietary restrictions/preferences that you or any guests in your party may have must be noted on the booking page when making your reservation on Tock, or notified via the restaurant's email or phone.
We will do our best to accommodate restrictions, but we cannot accommodate raw fish/seafood/shellfish allergies.
Photo & Video
You are welcome to capture your experience, though please avoid filming other guests or using a flash.
RESERVATION POLICY
To ensure the integrity of our omakase experience, we require one course per guest.

Each reservation is prepared based on the number of guests booked, and we are unable to accommodate shared courses.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Creating a harmonious atmosphere between guest and host is vital to us at MAHANA. We believe in the concept of “一期一会 ichigo ichie", which means "one opportunity, one encounter" –  the idea that each moment is unique and should be cherished as a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The fate that brings us together is what creates these special moments.
