Our knowledgeable team will guide you through the perfect sake pairings from our rare and carefully curated selection, designed to complement every course. In keeping with our commitment to freshness and community support, we proudly source ingredients from local BC growers and suppliers, ensuring every dish is vibrant, seasonal, and responsibly crafted.
Under the leadership of Chef/Owner Yuki Aida and the guidance of Michelin-recommended Grand Executive Chef of MAHANA Group, Yubaco Kamohara — who is leading MAHANA Kyoto — MAHANA is reimagined as a place where exceptional sushi meets seasonal, home-style dishes deeply rooted in Kyoto’s culinary traditions. The updated menu reflects MAHANA’s dual identity: refined yet grounded, innovative yet soulful.
Reservations are now open for June, with limited seatings to preserve intimacy and quality of service. Dinner service runs Tuesday through Saturday, with seatings at 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
