Chef Yuki Aida's culinary path began in Japan and was further shaped at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver. Her deep appreciation for Japanese culture and cuisine led her to transform Sushi Mahana into a haven for Obanzai dining. Chef Aida welcomes each guest with the spirit of "Omotenashi," ensuring that every meal is an expression of hospitality and care.
